  11. Because of its current scope and rapid rate of growth, the Internet
  12. will benefit from a more organized framework to support its objectives.
  13. To this end, an Internet Society is being formed to foster the
  14. voluntary interconnection of computer networks into a global research
  15. and development communications and information infrastructure.

  18. NNFC Info-Server.  The filenames are the same as the Info-Server
  19. 'topics'.
